Welcome to the Ai Lotto Genius App. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our App, operated by Ai Lotto Genius Invento  (“we”, “our”, or “us”). 2. You must agree to and acknowledge the following

  1. We do not guarantee any wins at lottery.
  2. Playing lottery is a game of chance.
  3. To Increase your chance of winning at a lottery you need to play more games.
  4. If you generally play 12 games - and you play 42 games using our Ai Lotto Genius System, you will increase your chances of a 6 number win.
  5. We are not associated with or endorced or validated by any Lottery System or Lottery Company.
  6. The Ai Lotto Genius System in a modified system 12 that guarantees you a 5 number win if your original selection of numbers contains the 6 winning numbers.
  7. You take full responsibility for your lottery game entries - If you do not enter all the numbers exactly as directed from the Ai Lotto Genius System into your lottery forms, then our conditional guarantee of a 5 number win is null and void.
  8. The essential advantage of using the Ai Lotto Genius is that you only need to check your 12 original numbers against the wining lottery numbers to see if may have any wins.

3. Use of the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  1. Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
  2. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App.
  3. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
  4. Uploading or transmitting any viruses or malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
